1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the services.

2. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use and disclose information from our users.

3. Integrity & Disciplinary Protocol (The "Broken Shield")

ForG Game operates on a strict Meritocratic Forge. Fraudulent submissions, collusive verifications, or behavior undermining the community integrity will trigger the following protocols:

  • Tier 1: Correction: Achievement flagged for repair.
  • Tier 2: Cooling: 24-hour submission hold.
  • Tier 3: Probation: 7-day submission hold; read-only access to community resources.
  • Tier 4: Appeal: 30-day submission hold. Users may spend 100,000 Points to trigger a Council Review.
  • Tier 5: Excommunication: Immediate account termination and permanent ban.

Financial Directive: In the event of a Tier 5 Excommunication, the user will be issued a pro-rated refund for the remaining subscription month, minus a 15% administrative fee.

4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content created by ForG Game, including but not limited to the "5-F Radar" methodology, "The Hall" interface, "Forge" terminology, and specific scoring algorithms, are the exclusive property of ForG Game.

5. Non-Disclosure

By entering The Hall, members agree not to disclose, share, or replicate the proprietary mechanics, task lists, or "Game" structures to any third party.

6. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participation in ForG Game is voluntary and at your own risk. The Company and its Creator(s) shall not be held liable for any physical injury, psychological distress, or financial loss resulting from the use of the platform.

7. No Professional Advice

Content within The Hall and the Master Task List is for educational and community-building purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, financial, or legal advice.

8. Law Enforcement Disclosure

While we value member privacy, ForG Game will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies regarding unlawful acts. Any member found engaging in illegal activities will have their account immediately deactivated, and evidence will be preserved for legal proceedings.
